    Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Pool and hot tub were clean. Walking distance to the mall for a good selection of restaurant and shopping options.... Front desk was friendly and helpful.     Good, except very short on linens, only got one towel my first night and two the second night then back to one, even though I asked to have the room stocked when they got them the towels laundered. Overall good stay.

    Staff was unfriendly. Maid service was terrible (left no toilet paper one day, no towels another). And no one told us it was a monthly with a LOT of families living there with no place for the kids to play except the hallways. Won't stay there on my next trip.

    All and all not too bad. Rooms were bigger then some other hotels we stayed at on our trip. The breakfast was just waffles, cereal, coffee, juice,apples & oranges, small muffins and white & wheat toast. Other hotels we stayed at had a much better breakfast even though they were in the same price range. They have a pool & Jacuzzi, but, when we went there […] one night of our stay, they were not monitoring it, and small children were swimming without anything on. We had some concerns about the cleanliness of both the pool & Jacuzzi. Other then these two issues the stay was good.     From the young lady at the front desk to the convenience of eateries within walking distance the stay was amazing. We enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. The room was clean and easy to cool down. The pool was warm and fun for the younger children. I would definitely recommend Vancouver Days Inn hotel.

    Our entire stay we told the front desk that the bath tub did not drain at all but from wednesday to sunday they did nothing to fix the problem, I will never stay at this location again.

    The hallway smelled of cigarette smoke but our non-smoking rooms did not. The beds were nice but the chairs were very uncomfortable. We called ahead to make sure the pool and hot tub would be working and were assured they would be. They both were not working when we arrived. We had to go to a nearby hotel and use theirs. The breakfast lacked hot items, […] but was OK. It was easy to find, the Mall was right across the parking lot, and staff was nice. I don't think we will stay again though because of the cons.     Stayed two nights to use the pool and spa... not disappointed. Great stay for the price. The pool is super warm and the spa worked OK.. sometimes needed to be reset. Receptionists were a mixed bag... some really nice some a little cranky. However, maintance man went out of his way to ask how the pool was. Beds were nice and room was good as well. Breakfast […] bar was not good at all.. But didn't need it so didn't take that into consideration when rating. Great location. Everyting you'll need is very close...     Stayed on July 4th because we were able to catch the shuttle to fireworks at Fort Vancouver. Worked perfect for that. Hotel was clean. Staff were friendly. Right across the street from mall. Pet friendly. Breakfast was just what we needed. Would certainly stay again if we were in the area.
