"Worst staff I have ever experienced"
Staff was unfriendly. Maid service was terrible (left no toilet paper one day, no towels another). And no one told us it was a monthly with a LOT of families living there with no place for the kids to play except the hallways. Won't stay there on my next trip.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Bad"
Staff very nice. Everything else bad. Rooms had terrible smell like body odor. Soundproofing non exsistent. Halls smelled like cigarettes. Guests were roaming around in stairwells and halls on cell phones till all hours of the morning! Maybe had 3 hours of sleep. Ended up checking out early! "You get what you pay for"
the location was great, however, the hotel is pretty run down. The room was not clean, in fact there was a used bar of soap in the shower! The room is in need of maintenance and the bed wasn't protected very well. Eventhough the hotel has free wi-fi, it was unreliable and I wasn't able to keep a connection. "NOT HAPPY!!"
I guess you get what you pay for. I thought this hotel looked really nice but I was WRONG!! The hotel was stinky and the pool was disgusting! The hot tub was only luke warm but after promising our kids they could swim we chose that over the pool that looked very dirty and had a visable film on it!!
