Overall great place for the price. Clean and well kept. Courteous staff. Close to shopping, gas and food. Only issue was room on backside are near delivery dock for businesses so truck deliveries a bit noisy.

it was clean but that was about it staff was slow and grumpy like a kid taking orders at a fast food place, no elevator, breakfast was coffee juice cereal and muffins very disappointing. Like I said clean safe but no frills

Good location but unfortunately the room was not that nice. The toilet paper holder was broken. The grout and caulking around the tub had been replaced and was messy looking. There appeared to be a few small dried blood spots on the ceiling. The toilet bowl was stained. The breakfast was cold cereals and muffins.

Unfortunately I was not that impressed with the facility. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, the price was very reasonable. However, the maid did not refill out toilet paper twice. We ran out and had to go to front desk to ask for more. The room where the pool is was very cold and the pool water was also too cold. The workout equipment […] is old and not functioning well. I attempted to use the treadmill and the eliptical machine and both were not working well so I did not continue with my workout. The toilet in out room, the flush handle broke twice and I put it back together but it still did not flush well. The pullout couch in our room was broken. We were able to get it out but the bed was so uncomfortable that we did not use it. The breakfast was lacking in variety. Would be nice if you offered yogurt and some other choices of muffins instead of banana and blueberry. A waffle maker would be great also. I most likely will not be staying at this hotel again and I do travel to Vancouver monthly. Read more

We traveled for a family event and traveled with young children. This is an optimal room for comfort, convenience, and children. Located next to major freeways and local amenities. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. We arrived late and someone had turned the heater on in the room for us, which was very nice. The room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. Overall, not a bad place to stay for a night.

This hotel was a perfect fit for my husband and I on a businnes trip. Right at the I-5/I-205 interchange, it was super fast to downtown Vancouver, Portland and the airport. The staff was nice, the hot tub was amazing and the bed was the best mattress I've slept in years. Very pleasantly surprised by a modest, cheap establishment. The hotel was very quiet, which led to a nice night's sleep despite the softness of the mattress. The bathroom had seen better days but it was clean. The pool and hottub were nice but the pool area was unheated! Very strange.

Hotel was not the chain I thought it was, instead was independent. Room was very sparsely furnished, worn, bare minimums. Dirty enough to have us look at the bed for bedbugs, no bedbugs but discovered that the blanket was a single mattress blanket turned sideways on a queen bed and the lower 2 feet of the mattress had no blanket. Pillows were shapeless […] and lumpy, room was ice-cold on entry. Toilet leaked around base when flushed, needed towels on floor to keep feet dry. basically all was good. the perfumes/air freshner used on the sheets was overpowering, but I am sensitive to oders. Breakfast was basic, but location was good. (a bit crazy to get into because of one-way streets and freeway). Bed was comfortable.

Our room was a little run down, the carpet was worn and the sofa had stains on the cushions. The beds were hard. Besides that the room was clean and the staff was great, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. For a cheap room it is a good place to stay.

We had had a dreadful experience with a stay the previous night in a terrible motel. This Inn was a very pleasant reverse of that. It was quiet, clean, comfortable, convenient to Highway 205 and I-5. Starbucks nearby. They also had quite a nice continental breakfast.

This was my first stay since Hotel chain ownership was changed. Improvements include new carpeting, thorough cleaning, new bedding and re-vamp of breakfast area. Smelled great, staff was very helpful, friendly and available. This hotel is close to the church that I attend often during the year, as well as many of my local church family. We travel down […] to Vancouver from the Tacoma area and it is just a perfect place to shop, sight see (close to freeway) but also to local businesses. Love the pool available 24 hrs. a day! Just need to put the waffle iron back for the morning breakfasts. We loved it and other close hotels offer this amenity. Glad to see this operating again at a higher level. None better in the vicinity. There are 3 units for handicapped, which have parking by the rooms, which is exactly what I need for those who travel with me. Read more

The hotel is just okay. If you have a room on the 2nd floor - there is NO elevator but I didnt know that, so I lugged my luggage up a flight of stairs. There is a gym, but the treadmill is the only updated piece of equipment. There is a pool but basically the hallways look old. The carpeting throughout needs to be replaced. My family of 4 stayed here for 8 days. We were here from New York for my nephew's wedding. The hotel was clean and comfortable !! Refrigerator, coffee maker & Microwave in the room. 24 hour POOL/SPA/EXERCISE ROOM !!! Fabulous continental breakfast !! Within walking distance to fast food, Walgreen's and Safeway. Seconds from I-5 and I-205. Parking area […] was clean and bright. Flower gardens were beautiful and well kept by a gentleman who I spoke to daily. Having been in the Hotel Business myself, I was MOST impressed with the staff at the front desk. Peter, Ryan and Malik were the absolute BEST !! I cannot say enough about how friendly and helpful they all were. Being addressed by Mrs. A or Mr. A is a very powerful tool and was greatly appreciated. I give them 10 stars !! This is a clean and affordable hotel semi close to Portland (15 mins away if no traffic). Malik the manager was excellent with tips for the area. Great that the pool & workout room is open 24 hrs! Next to a Safeway with an inexpensive gas station too! This hotel is new opening in April and they are worth looking into!

There is a difference! I am in a wheelchair and can not transfere into a bed much higher then my chair cushion, about 20 inches. When we called for the reservation, my wife and I were assured the room including the bed was accessible or they would accomadate us with a roll-away bed. We arrived early, the room was available but there was a pedistal […] bed about 26-28” high. We asked if they could or would remove the pedistal under the box spring to lower the bed level. They not only removed it in less then 10 minutes, apoligized and thanked us for letting them know about the problem. The room was nice sized, clean, toilet was 19 inches high and the counter was cut out to get a chair straight into. Ryan and Peter were the guys on duty and they were great! We would stay there again and recommend it to anyone handicapped or in a wheelchair. Read more

It was quiet considering how close to the roadway it was, and for all intents and purposes it was a very satisfactory stay. Room was clean and the hotel was very close to several restuarants which was convenient as we didn't have to drive anywhere after a full day of driving.
