The hotel was reasonably clean and the bed was comfortable but the hotel rooms are very old. Services were minimal. The continental breakfast was lean, the buffet dinner had lots of food but marginal quality and taste. They had an "Elvis" entertainer on Saturday nite who was fair. "Run, don't walk away!"
Traveling to Sebring to say goodbye to a dying friend in Hospice I asked for an end room as I had my dog with me and did not want to disturb anyone. They put me in a room in the back of the hotel which backed to woods and I was the only room booked back there. The paarking in front of my room specified "handicapped" so I could not park in front of the […] room The AC was set on heat which I managed to get to cold setting. It never got even a little cool. Truly it could have been a sauna. Therefore, I did not sleep. They advertised breakfast from 7:00 to 10:00. I went down to check out at 7:30 and found that "breakfast" consisted of a selection of minute sized danish and muffins and oh, yes, bread you could toast.
