"In need of TLC"
The resort is beautiful. But I think they spend to much time and effort on the modernness of it and forgot about comfort. The bed and pillows were horrible. Still nursing a sore neck and back from it. The room needed a lot of TLC, dents in the wall, burnt out lights.....The staff was poorly trained and unable to help. "Feedback"
We reserved a 2 rooms suite 3+ months ago. We have delivered our additional request of "mountain view" and "top floor" through Expedia to Grande Rockies, however, we only got a suite in 2nd floor and no mountain view, but it is not peak season. I can feel that the hotel is not full as there is a lot of vacant parking lots. Instruction to underground […] parking is not clear. Our room key card (which can access to underground parking) is malfunction on the 2nd day. There is no hair dryer, we phone to have this request, they give us one although we have 4 persons in this 2 rooms suite. We then request one more hair dryer, but the one they gave us can't work. We tried to cook something at night. We then spot that all dishes, knife, fork...etc etc are all placed in the dishwasher, that means we have to clear them and placed them all into the cabinet if we would like to use the dishwasher.
