"Relaxing stay"
This hôtel was very good near Canmore downtown. I was surprise to find a full kitchen in our deluxe room. What a bonus! The hot tub was clean and nice to sit in. Underground parking was also great. The two bedroom suite was an excellent deal through online booking. The room was very comfortable and we stayed in it 5 nights with 3 adults, a toddler and an infant. Quiet, clean, two bathrooms were a plus, nice deck, BBQ, mountain view. Only downside was a lack of a pool but there were two hot tubs, one quite private, the other off the parking lot […] (?). Pleasantly surprised, very quiet, relaxing, comfortable, clean and had all the amenities including soaker tub, nice balcony, gas BBQ, and dining area. "Fabulous hotel!"
We loved our suite. It was great, had laundry insuite which was handy with a baby. It was very nice and anyone we asked for help was helpful and sometimes we din't have to ask for help they just helped out (think carrying multiple bags and a baby). I have no complaints about the service, room, or hotel/condo itself. Everything is top of the line, granite countertops in the kitchen, king size comfortable beds, huge washrooms. The only negative is there is a railroad track just behind the treeline in front of it, so every few hours throughout the night it becomes very noisy!
