"Great location for party crowds"
If you are into the night party scene then this is your hotel and your beer spills and pot smoke will fit right in with the rest of the stains and smells. If you are here for work, find another hotel. Stay away from the side of the hotel bordering the street as the nightclub next door keeps you up till they close at 3 AM.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Terrible condition and control"
The Holiday Inn Downtown Windsor is the most poorly controlled hotel in the Windsor area. Until 4am there were kids running, drunk, up and down the hallways. Their rooms had extremely loud music coming from them and smelt of cigarettes and other smoke (on a non-smoking floor). There was even a guy in the elevator (which did not work, EVER), who was […] smoking a cigar! Terrible hotel, dirty, no working elevators, and completely out of control kids running the hotel all night!
