"Friendly staff"
We were upgraded to a sea view room at no cost. Location close to shopping and restaurants. Only complaint was that the guest computer was not working and it would have been nice to have a balcony.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great location for enjoying the Cape Peninsula"
Friendly and helpful staff, lovely location right on the harbour and our room was great, breakfasts were a bit hit and miss with the receptionist doubling up as head waitress. It was a shame that the hotel didn't have a bar or restaurant or outside seating that would have been lovely but it was excellent value for money.
