Greeted well by desk staff and offerred welcoming drink whist checking in. Reception staff we spoke to had some good English that was welcomining to a... non portugese speaker. Hotel well located for my business visit to an accountancy firm nearby but hotel is located outside the more establishedd tourist precint. However, overall we were made to feel welcome and overall standard of the hotel was good (except the pool and gymnasium were below standard). Between 5 and 6 pm the hotel had free nibbles and drinks on a tray in reception- good idea. Good business hotel and woud recommend to business users with business in the area. A number of bars and resturants and shopping center within walking distance. by John from Perth WA, Australia on 10/31/12

Achei muito prazerosa. O hotel atendeu às minhas expectativas. Limpeza, café da manhã, comodidade, localização, tudo muito bom. Ótimo custo/benefício. Como melhoria: solicitar ao hotel em frente que faça enclausuramento do motor do ar condicionado deles, pois o ruído do motor incomoda um pouco durante à noite àqueles que tem sono muito leve.

Os funcionários são educados e prestativos, o quarto tem 2 ambientes e conta com um escritorio, o café da manhã é MARAVILHOSO, com estacao tropical, estacao caipira e ainda uma mesa com um chef fazendo omelettes, tapiocas e outras coisas ali, na hora, com os ingredientes da sua escolha. O shopping Morumbi oferece tudo que […] voce possa vir a precisar e está localizado a apenas 5 minutos de carro/taxi. A localização é ótima.
