"Bar da piscina não corresponde bem"
O hotel como um todo é muito bom, por isso o mal atendimento e os produtos oferecidos no bar da piscina se destacam negativamente, pois deixam muito a desejar. As atendentes não são simpáticas, o serviço é demorado e os drinks servidos são mal feitos.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Hotel Hyatt em São Paulo"
Para viagens a negócio é um ótimo hotel, oferecendo tudo o que o executivo precisa, apesar do custo alto de internet, por exemplo. Para viagens a turismo e especialmente com crianças não é legal, não tem uma única área para as crianças ficarem (um playground, sala de recreação, etc), algo que acho importantíssimo hoje em dia.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
