When there is no way to bring the room temperature to a comfortable level, then a hotel has a major issue. Wall heating system was set at the highest level, but could not warm the room. The social areas on the ground floor were uncomfortably cold. Front Desk staff were personable, attentive, and helpful. All were bilingual or multilingual.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
