"Okay stay not bad but nothing stood out"
The hotel was acceptable but for a business trip and at the rate, not my favorite. It was nice to have the breakfast (although it was identical all 5 days) and free internet. Otherwise the hotel was quite ordinary in service and appearance. Having the club and clubgoers each evening was quite odd on a business trip but overall ok.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Recent stay"
I was disappointed with the Sheraton! This was my fifth trip to Sao Paulo but my first stay in the Sheraton WTC. The hotel - or at least the room I had - is in need of some TLC. The curtains need replacing; the shower door didn't close resulting in water all over the bathroom floor; the toilet seat instead of being a nice white color was a nasty shade […] of yellow (yes, it was supposed to be white) and the TV needed replacing.
