Average stay, with the reviews had expected more. Resort lacks atmosphere. Lots of things need I improving. We have stayed in some amazing places in Vietnam, and this was way off the mark. Food at the restaurant is expensive and doesn't come close to the mark either. Overall was glad to leave. Went on to stay at the Best Westin Indochina in Hue and […] it was fabulous! Just do not expect five star as it is way off the mark in standards and service. Read more

Personal verfügt über unzureichende Englischkenntnisse, sodass Bestellungen im Restaurant mehrfach falsch aufgenommen wurden. Im Restaurant ließ man Gäste rauchen, obwohl kleine Kinder anwesend waren. Bei Abreise wurden wir angesprochen, dass wir die Slipper (Hausschuhe) gestohlen hätten und sollten sie bezahlen. Das heißt diese werden von Gast zu Gast […] weitergegeben! Beim vietnamesischen Büffet ist nichts zu empfehlen. Alle Speisen sind minderwertig. Read more
