Had a lovely 2 days here in Feb the breakfast was fantastic. Rooms were clean only thing the blanket was a bit to heavy for the weather. Used the gym pool and beach all facilities were of an excellent standardGenuine Expedia guest review

Personnel not helpful. Very few people in a "5 star" hotel actually speaks english. Completely overpriced food. Isolated from the rest of the town you end up spending a lot of money in transportation. Better to stay in Hoi An (in winter at least). Facilities good in summer probably.
