"Friendly hosts"
I enjoyed the stay more than my husband. The breakfasts were delicious ; eggs benedict, German pancakes, and French toast I thought were delicious but the 2 carb breakfasts he wasn't as happy with because of their carbohydrate content. The bedding and room were generally clean. The bathroom had a few dust balls in a corner but the fixtures were clean. […] Our smaller less expensive room had a bathroom so tiny that my 5 foot 9 inch husband's knees hit the bathroom door when sitting on the toilet. Kathy , our hostess, was kind and friendly. The dining room is lovely and we had a wonderful breakfast. The room was very clean and pretty with a really comfortable bed. My husband appreciated having our own TV and bathroom, though the bathroom was quite tiny. I planned a visit to Hanover, & I picked this B & B about 10 miles away. Its very close to the Shaker Museum, which is well worth visiting for 1-2 hours. Very nice place. Quiet area. We ended up with the room with the queen bed on the lower level, but that actually worked out well.
