"A STRANGE MIX"
We arrived late on a Saturday night. The first night wasn't so good: grumpy staff, room not so clean, sofa bed could not be used it was so uncomfortable. The second night we moved to a better room, much cleaner. The staff from the morning of the second day on was great! They were professional, very friendly, very helpful and while some things went amiss […] they kept their heads and handeled the situation excellently. Sooo that is why it was a strange mix of not so great and really good! The one thing I think they ABSOLUTELY MUST CHANGE IS THE STYROFOAM CUPS AND PLATES!!! Really!!! It is impossible to get a 4 star rating using styrofoam cups and plates!!! With that said while I would skip the breakfast as long as they use styrofoam (and I did other than the apples) I would recommend this hotel as a child friendly hotel. and would likely return. "Frustrating"
For three days, no coffee was left in the room for the coffeemaker. One day, the bathroom was not cleaned (although the bed was made). I was unable to print anything in the business center. "Nice Vacation Spot"

"Family reunion"
Hotel is outdated. Old furniture and tv set has poor reception. Breakfast is very low quality ,not the usual HI Express breakfast. The bigest surprise was when we open the door to our room. I expected a great hotel experience based on the brand. It was adequate, but missed on so many little things. The towels clean, of course, but were grey and scratchy. When you are abroad, one thing you wish more is a confort sleep after being around all day.
