The hotel is located close to the airport which is an obvious convenience if you are flying in or out of Providence. There is a fair amount of dining nearby. I felt as though the hotel was on par with what I would expect from a Hampton Inn, e.g. above average ammenities, really comfortable bed, free wi-fi and premium TV channels on HD LCD screen. "From front desk to housekeeping to breakfast buffet staff...excellent service"
While the hotel is non-smoking, I did detect faint odor of smokers in the hallways, but I do know you can't get that smell out completely no matter how much you renevate.. Our room was absolutely clean with no odors! We asked the front desk for extra blankets and pillows, which we received from housekeeping within minutes.
