"Reviews were accurate, cozy and comfy"

"good location for the price"
We came to Addison for a business meeting, and this hotel was near to everything we had to do. The rooms were clean, and suprisingly large. We will stay here again. The only downside was the exterior painting that was going on took up many parking spaces, and there was no elevator to the 3rd floor room we had.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Hotel is older and so needs upgrading and better maintenance - examples include poor condition of reconditioned casegoods, dust and very bad caulking around the shower, no waste baskets in the bathroom, and more. "Clean, Comfortable, and Quiet"
I travel to Addison several times per year on business. The Hyatt Summerfield Suites property is 3 blocks from my employer's offices, making it a very convenient location for me. I've stayed there several times, and I have always had a pleasant experience. Their prices are very reasonable, the rooms are spacious, quiet, and clean, the beds are comfortable, […] and the staff is friendly and helpful. I've stayed at "high rise" hotels in the area, that are also "high dollar," and my experience at the Summerfield has always been better. Keeping this very brief I will say that from the time I arrived to the time I left I was very please with this hotel! The front desk staff, the clean rooms, nice grounds and great breakfast all made for a terrific stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling for pleasure or business.
