It was a decent stay. The receptionist was a little rude when we checked in. Also, in the morning before we checked out the maid came and knocked then... walked right in before even giving us a chance to get to the door just to ask if we were checking out. I feel that the front desk should know if we were checking out due to our reservation so no one should have to knock to ask. Also, it was at 9 am. Checkout is not until 12 noon. The maid came 3 times until finally the third time I told her to not come back. This was all before 11am. I do not like being rushed out. However the breakfast was good and the room was decent. by a Hotels.com guest on 03/20/13

I am a hotel snob so I was pleasantly surprised. Great area central location to shops and eatery. It was very near to galleria Preston rd and Belt line. It was a little hard to find at first by day three got the hang of it. Only negative continental breakfast area is a little small. The staff was great.

I was pleasantly suprised to find that this was a great hotel for the money. Paid twice as much a couple of years ago to stay at another Marriot around the corner. Very clean and everyone was great. Wasn't the most comfortable bed but all in all I was very satisfied! Oh and it's a great location, lots of things to do in area.

Upon checking in we were surprised at the accomodations of the room, its size and the overall convenience. The staff was very helpful when needed and the breakfast was just what we needed.
