"seriously no breakfast?"
Well I got in late in the evening and got the run around from a guy working the front desk. I had spoke with a nice lady before arriving who sorted out any questions I had. But this guy was not helpful, stressed me out and gave me more problems with getting another night. In the morning the lady knew exactly what I was talking about but I already had […] a bad taste from the rude guy the night before. The location sucks. Yes its in Addison but not where anything is! "OK I guess"
I don't know if Hotels.com customers get treated differently or if all the rooms are like this. If soft, puffy bath towels are an indication of a quality hotel, this one fails miserably. The towels were old and rough. One was frayed with a hole in it. Only two towels per room. The bed sheets were very thin. See through. Very little water pressure in […] the shower, a trickle. "Disappointing stay for out of town guests"
Upon arriving at the hotel, we discovered that the Special Instructions/Requests we had made for 2 queen beds in our rooms were ignored. We were forced to use rooms with 1 bed and have one of our traveling guests sleep on a sofa sleeper. On the second day of our stay we returned to the rooms to find one room had been serviced by housekeeping, complete […] with new towels, but the second room had been totally skipped. The beds were not made and there were no clean towels. After calling downstairs to inform management, we were told, "if you want clean towels, come down and get them." This is a nice facility, and the rooms are nice, but the management is not adequately trained, and they are not good at all at handling customer service issues and complaints. "Non-Smoking??"
We asked for a non-smoking room. We were given a room on the fourth floor, which was the floor with some smoking rooms, but we had to walk past several smoking rooms from the elevator to our room. Not much logic there.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
