"Outdated but clean"
There was nothing particularly wrong with the hotel, other than the fact it's the most generic and outdated hotel that I've stayed in over the last 5 years. There's a Holiday Inn Express off the Tollway, that's very modern (more like a W). This one felt more like a midwest bed & breakfast.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great Stay"

"Close to locations we needed to go to."
The room was very nice. The bed was a little to firm (hard) for us. But, everything else was nice. Our refrigerator was getting the floor a little wet from the condensation. "Great value"

"Comfortable but not luxurious"
Friendly service at check-in and a clean, comfortable room. Not particularly luxurious or fancy, but I don't expect that from a HIE. The staffs are wonderful! The area is perfect! It has many restaurants and shopping near this hotel. Westin Galleria Mall is very close! This hotel was more than what I expected. The rating was a 2.5 and I really think it should be a 3. The room and all it's furnishings were clean and up-to-date. "Simply nice"
This hotel is right in Addison, less than one mile off the toll road. It's a little older, but has nice amenities. The rooms were very large and clean, and I had a microwave and fridge which was nice. It has a decent free breakfast (powdered eggs, bacon, a pancake machine, plus several cereals, bagels, breads, and yogurt). The only thing I found lacking […] was there was no room service. When I travel for business I often stay in and order room service. However, there were tons of restaurants nearby, including some who delivered.
