I think this hotel is way overpriced for what you get. The hotel is very rundown. It was raining outside during our stay which also meant it was raining inside our room and the halls. The location is great, but other than that I would have rather stayed at a $50 a night hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"First and last time I still in this hotel"
Given the location and the setup, it seemed to look very appealing. I reserved the best room they had which was an executive suite, only to find out that the executive suite looked outdated. It had a "loud" window unit with a wall control for the AC, along with a very small tv that sat far away from the living room. Not to mention the living room was […] the same as the bedroom just large enough to space it out. As soon as I called the front desk, I got no answer on the first three tries. Aaaannd, the hotel is large enough to get lost. They gave no directions to get to your room so you noticed the same people walking in circles trying to find their room. I tried contacting the Gen Mgr because of my dissatisfaction only to get the front desk guy to tell me to leave a message for him and then offered me a "downgrade" from what I paid for.
