Overall good experience, except disappointed the architects chose bathroom as place to cut space in King suite. The room with toilet and stall shower is very cramped -- door barely clears shower door when opening/closing. Then outer bath area has no door or screen, so lack of privacy and disturbs others in suite still trying to sleep ... Breakfast better […] than expected ... It was close to many restaurants and convenient access to major shopping! The beds were comfortable and excellent amenities were available. It was clean, but a little cleaner would have been perfect!!!

I loved how close we were to everything, hotel was nice, clean, and staff was helpful. Breakfast was great. The only thing I had a problem with was a loud family above me, it seemed like we heard every step they took.

Some friends and I booked a 2 queen bed suite. Upon arrival the front desk clerk, Cornell was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and had plenty of space for 4 adults. I was pleased with the hotel and staff. The room was clean thou a little smaller than other Homewood rooms I've stayed at in the past. It's surrounded by restaurants including one of the best ever, Fogo de Chao, an experience unto itself!

The hotel design, public and private rooms are spacious and well designed. I could imagine calling this "home" for an extended stay. I really enjoyed the included get-together cocktails & dinner and great breakfast with the other road warriors. The rooms were great! Breakfast was great! Our stay was paid up front...however; we found we were charged extra fees that we were not told about. How did we find out about the extra fees? Only when the charges showed up on our card. Explanation: you are charged with a "room hold fee". You can get the money back but you have to wait for it and it doesn't […] matter whether your room was paid for up front or if you had already paid the final bill. It is charged after your stay. The room was very very good but I dont like that the sink to wash your hands wasn t inside the toillet and that like a lot of american hotels, there is not comfort to have a good intimate higiene, i like a spare douch or bidet.

This Homewood Suites was one of the few Homewood Suites I've ever seen that is has an outside entrance like a motel. It looked like an older hotel that had been remodeled. But it was nice inside the room.
