The hotel was very clean, the rooms were big and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly, helpful and polite. I stayed one night on business and it was perfect. Other reviews have mentioned "thin" walls, and I did notice that, (heard shower running in adjacent room) but nothing that bothered me or kept me up. "This Courtyard NEVER disappoints!"
We have stayed here several times and its always the same quality service. The front desk night auditor was awesome sauce! She was friendly, well spoken and courteous! Very satisfied overall with my hotel stay. This hotel has a fantastic location right off Beltline and is within easy walking distance from some excellent restaurants. The staff are courteous and the breakfast is pretty darn good. "Great hotel, horrible noise!"
My family has stayed at this hotel in the past, about two years ago, and they stay was wonderful. We were in DFW this past weekend for a little getaway and decided to book this hotel again, and man, this time was way different! The beds are stellar, but I could not enjoy them because the hotel cleaning ladies were up at the crack of dawn, talking in […] the hallway near our room. Also, we were booked in a room near the door exiting the building, and people were coming in and out all night the first night. I don't think I had more than a solid hour or so of sleep that night. The room was very clean and I love that they have Paul Mitchell shampoo and conditioner. The guy working the front desk was very helpful and friendly, and the hotel is in great shape both structurally and regarding cleanliness. The location doesn't get any better-- it's right in the middle of a ton of great restaurants and just down the road from the Galleria and other shopping places. "Great hotel but no elevator!"

I enjoyed they stay however if you book a "smoking" room there are no Smoking rooms this is a smoke free facility. Items of improvement. 1)Beds- should be firmer. 2) DOORS- ALL doors, individual rooms and building entrance/exit, make too much noise when closing.
