"Not too bad at all"
I stayed for a week for business. It was a perfect location for me. Pricing was right on and room were big and comfortable. Small indoor pool. But breakfast was a disappointment. Thank good goodness I don't stay somewhere for the food. HahaGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Smokey"
Although the room it's self was large and not too bad the hallways were in need of attention. The carpet was dirty with huge chunks out if it in quite a few places. The halls smelled terribly of smoke. We booked a group of 5 rooms months prior to our stay yet our rooms were all over the hotel including different floors. We were not happy about that. […] When we complained we were told 'that's the way the hotel is booked'. This hotel seems to be popular with construction type workers. The small parking lot gets very full at night. "Watch your credit card for additional charges!"
If staying for any length of time there is an additional 10% per day charge on your card. It takes Quality up to 10 days to release the hold even though they state it is up to your bank, not true, confirmed with bank and they are still waiting for Quality Inn to release the hold. Which means if you stay for 10 days, you can have up to 100.00 unavailable […] on your CREDIT card (not referring to a debit, even though this applies as well) Overall feeling like a sub-standard dicey motel stay with holds placed on credit card while staying there, definitely not a Hampton Inn or similar type of hotel. "Functional Hotel"
This hotel is good if you are traveling on business. It has plenty of room to work and leisure space. Breakfast bar was average. Ensure you specify that you want a non smoking room. Some rooms are smoking rooms, and they will plug you into one if you don't specify.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Functional Hotel in convienent location"
Hotel was good for what I needed it for. It was a business trip so it had wi-fi that worked pretty well. The breakfast bar was average, nothing spectacular. "VERY DISAPPOINTED"
1) This was the first time for me using hotel.com and this hotel stay was a very bad experience. Everytime we had to enter the building through the side door to room there was a very bad oder of rotten garbage that would almost make me puke for the whole 3 days we were there. 2) I had mentioned to the front desk about dirty tissue in drawer (a pile […] of them) but was never removed thereafter. Look like someone had sex wiped them selves and left them in drawer. Very unsanitary. 3) The toilet seat was very loose and sliding all over. 4)Never received final bill in room the last morning of stay ... so I really hope my charges are in order or you be hearing from me. 5) The bed was very uncomfortable.
