"Convenient and clean"

"Basic but not much else"
To be fair, it looks like they are trying to get this hotel in shape, but they have a ways to go. The room was clean but had a few maintenance issues. The hallways smelled of smoke and had damaged carpets. No elevator to second floor, but a reasonable $25 pet fee (some chains charge much more). It was quiet, so I appreciated that.
