"Great and safe place to stay"
The hotel provided me with exactly what I was looking for. A place that I could stay in a quick turn a round weekend trip. It was clean, well maintained, and secure. "Good hotel...Bad shower"
Everything was great about the hotel and the room except for the shower. When taking a shower in the morning the shower curtain drooped in the middle exposing both ends of the curtain. "Hotel had roaches"
I arrived at the hotel around Midnight for check In and their server was down. The rooms are ok. The air conditioning works fine but as soon as I lifted the bed cover I discovered that the room was already occupied (By Roaches). I checked out Immediately and was told to talk to Hotels.com for cancellation since they did not have the authority to cancel […] the reservation. At first they charged me one night rent but then after a few days I received an email saying they would not charge me. The five day reservation still shows on my bank statement and am hoping they will return the money in a few days. Staff at the location was not at all bad.
