"Not the best"
Hotels hot tub did not work. Was told by staff that heat did not come on until 5:00 pm. The hot tub never heated up. Would have stayed at another hotel if I was told it was broken or not in service. The rest of the hotel was good though.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
