Ill start with my 3 year olds bath time... Looked closely at the water and it appeared "dirty"... and dirtier than my 3 year old was. The part that really got me fired up was getting charged twice. I recieved a call from my bank 2 days later to find out I was charged by hotels.com, which I authorized, but AGAIN by the hotel a slightly lesser amount. […] I called the hotel and the manager told me that they charge and reibmurse the card once hotels.com pays them. Sounded like a big "crock", I demanded my money back right then, after several minutes of arguing, he said they would refund it "now" which also took a couple of days. Will I stay there again?
