I like the hotel, I've stayed there before but maintenance is an issue. I had a toilet that run continually but after two complaints it was NOT repaired. Another issue was the POOR internet quality. There was not a clean surface (except the bed - which was fabulous) in the room. The carpet was filthy, the desk and bedside table did not look like they had been even wiped down (glass rings, food stains, etc), the sink at soap marks around the counter and the desk chair was stained. I had a room overlooking the alley behind. It was quite lush and green and private. The hotel itself exudes charm, my room was very comfortable and well kept. It was definitely a 3 star at least. the shower head slipped down to about waist height - unable to secure it up high - would not have worked for my 6'3 husband. the blinds were roman shades and the early sunlight came right through the sides - those were the only negitives. We were very pleased with our stay! The most important to us was the cleanliness and the great bed. We spent 4 nights and loved the comfortable bed and enjoyed the fireplace in the room.
