Our overall experience was good. Couldn't get the wi-fi to work, even after they sent an "engineer" to assist us. No room service in the morning was a bummer and the continental buffet was $15. When my husband went to get something out of the car later that evening, he encountered not only an employee who was bragging about copying keys and an on-duty manager that laughed it off when it was brought to his attention, but also discovered that a few items had been stolen […] from the car. The room was really nice. The only issues we had with the stay was that the toilet didn't flush unless you held the handle and that the flip lock on the door (up near the peephole) was broken. The deadbolt worked so it wasn't a huge issue. There is some construction going on in the area which made for a lot of back in forth on our walk from Comerica […] Park to Greektown and back to the hotel.
