"disappointed a little"
Everything was great except for 1 giant inconvenence.........the minfridge made a loud knocking sound all night. I did not get much sleep. I had a business meeting at 7am and needless to say....I was tired. Otherwise, the stay was fine.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Even shoveled path to my car after snow storm"
My trip was unforntunately extended as I was forced to stay another night due to a snow storm. But the hotel was amazing and told me not to worry about rushing out in the morning. Also to my surprise, a path to my driver side door was shoveled. Wow talk about customer service. Other vehicles were also treated the same as mine. The hot breakfast included […] was a nice touch. "Very Clean and very well maintained"
We were very please with the people working at the hotel. Everyone went out of there way to help and were courteous at all times . Everyone including the manager who came out of his office to help with making sure the directions I had gotten were understood and was very courteos when he did. Everything was as expected, no WOW moments and no unpleasant experiences. The hotel is right off the freeway, very convenient. The town of Pine Grove is actually a couple of miles off the freeway and it has a couple of restaurants to choose from.
