Tannenbaum Condominiums are located just a 3 to 5 minute walk to the Peak 9 Base, Quicksilver SuperChair and Downtown. Property amenities include free high speed internet, common area deck with picnic tables and common gas grill, coin operated laundry facilities, and seasonal access to the Columbine Pool Center with heated outdoor pool, indoor/outdoor oversize hot tubs, shower rooms and summer patio with outdoor furniture. Located just one block to the Breckenridge 'Free Ride' Shuttle Stop.
Hotel Room Lock Offs
These condominiums offer 2 lodging options. The first are economical Hotel Room lock offs, typically with 2 Queen Beds (King beds are available if requested and based on availability). Hotel Rooms offer the option for mini-fridge, microwave and/or coffee maker. (Please be sure if any or all of these amenities are needed that you note this in your reservation or call to request in advance). Hotel Rooms do not have a view.
2 Bedroom Condominiums
2 Bedroom units are spacious units with the ability to sleep up to 10 people. Typical bedding is 2 Queens in each bedroom and a Queen Sofa Sleeper. 2 Bedroom/2 Bath units offer a full kitchen, separate dining and living room with fireplace and private walk out deck.

All guests must check in at property management office prior to proceeding to accommodations. The check-in office is located at 213 North Main Street, Breckenridge, CO. See Location page for driving directions.
Guests arriving outside of normal business hours should park behind the Ski Country Resorts office building at 213 N. Main Street and walk up the back steps. There is a drop box on the left which will have an envelope with guest's name on it containing everything needed.
Guests can receive detailed instructions by contacting the office using the number on the reservation confirmation received after booking via this Web site.

Other reviews are correct in that they have thin walls but room was very clean and well kept. Only a short walk to the lift & local bars/restaurants. Check in is on the North side of town while the condo's are on the South side which was a little bit of a pain but not a huge deal. For the price it's a good deal.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Very nice though a little confusing"
The room was very clean and spacious. Comfortable bed with plenty of storage areas (dresser, closet, nightstand, coat rack). Was confused about main office, not told that it was more than a half mile away from condos. Located on the main strip in Breckenridge near gondola.
