Daily office hours are 7:30 AM - Noon and 1 PM - 5 PM. Guests arriving after hours must follow instructions provided at the office door. The office is located at 19-4178 Wright Road in Volcano Village; please note that this some navigation systems will not find this address. Directions are as follows: Take Highway 11 to Volcano and turn on Wright Road (between mile markers 26 and 27); drive for approximately 1 mile on Wright Road, and the office is on the right past the sign for "Chalet Kilauea". "Convenient location but not an hotel"
Rooms are too small for 2 comfortably. The common bathrooms are a pain.The trinkle of water of the shower takes for ever to warm up when it does. de-humidifiers are very noisy. rooms and beds have not been touched by service in 3 days.Breakfast is good.
