Grand Hotel at Bridgeport

Travis at the front desk was awesome. We booked one nights stay because my son was playing in a lacrosse tournament close by. We won our first game and thus needed to stay one more night. Travis arranged for us to stay in the same room so we would not have to move our luggage. He also arranged a late check out (1 PM) on Sunday because our game did not […] end until Noon. The hotel is fairly new and thus the rooms are in good shape. Beds are comfortable and the snack shack at the front desk is a mini convenience store with most of the things you might want (water, coke, ice cream, wine beer). I will definitely stay here again. I travel a lot and this is the best hotel I've stayed in for the money. Spending twice as much gets you a little bit better hotel, but I was very impressed with this hotel. Rooms were very large and very clean. Lobby is very nice and breakfast was more than decent for a hotel breakfast to get you going for your morning meetings. When I travel for business […] I tend to order room service (not available by the way) or try and find something very close by for dinners. This hotel is very close to a Whole Foods for basic things as well as several good restaurants. Onlyreal complaint is it is right on several busy streets and interstate is right there and the hotel is not super quiet. Walls are thin and you hear everything. Even for low flow showers, the water pressure was very low and barely hot enough, but small gripes. I would stay again. Read more

This hotel has a fantastic walking location to the movies, restaurants and the beautiful Bridgeport Mall. It was the quietest hotel I have ever stayed out and has large rooms. It was immaculate, tastily decorated with friendly staff. They also offer a good morning breakfast.

The free breakfast was terrible! Biscuits and Gravy, THE WORST. Biscuits were so hard you couldn't even break them in half. The gravy had some sort of meat but was not recognizable by taste. Wonderful hotel. Conveniently located near the highway, shopping, restaurants, movie theater, groceries... Very clean. Large rooms. Free parking and wi-fi. Microwave and mini-fridge in room. Large bathroom with separate tub and shower. Indoor pool, hot tub and work out room.

This is a great value in Portland. Easy walking to Bridgeport Village. Free covered parking. If you are traveling around the Portland area, Quiet. This is a great location. I have stayed here several times and been very happy with every stay.

We had a Great time at this hotel! The one little glitch that was slightly disappointing was that they didn't have movies to rent on the TVs or at the front desk, so we had to drive all the way to a redbox at the local Walgreens, but besides that is was very nice.

Was very pleased with this hotel. Is located in a wonderful area close to the Bridgeport Mall with lots of great shopping. Not sure how new this hotel is, but it still felt new. The lobby is large and welcoming. The room was large and very well kept. The bathroom had a seperate shower and tub which was nice. They have "clean" remotes which I appreciate. […] There is a small store area with food for if you come in late and are hungry but don't want to go out (not fancy, but like the convenience). The breakfast in the morning was sufficent and nice for the price of the room. The parking is free and there is lots of it convient to the hotel. You are very close to a freeway on ramp, but far enough to not get freeway noise. Would highly recommend this hotel! Outstanding staff (friendly) - from the lady at the breakfast to the front desk. Rooms were good size and generally very clean. A few minor splatters from previous guests needed to be dealt with (night tables, doors). Overall a very enjoyable experience and we will be coming back.

Everything was better than expected. It would be nice if the hotel had it's own restaurant. On-line photos showed several shots of meals, so we expected a restaurant. The free breakfast was a little less than desired, but adequate.

Great, the facility is wonderful as are the rooms. Proximity to Bridgeport Village is awesome. Only downside is lack of a restaurant for lunch and/or dinner. Restaurants are very close by though, so not a huge problem, would stay there again.

Very clean, hotel feels new and rooms were spacious. The bathroom had a separate tub and shower and was also very big. Within walking dstance of bridgeport village which was very convenient. Staff was friendly.

The standard room we had was enourmous. Provably could git 30 or 40 people in it. It was also very clean and modern. The bed wasnt bad, but wasnt the best i have ever slept in either. The hot breakfast was good as well. Overall excellent hotel..too bad they dont accept pets.

We left the kids with Grandma and escaped for a night of R&R. This was the perfect place! Great price, good (easy) location, and close to a fun night out of shopping, dinner, movie, coffee and icecream. Clean hotel, kind staff, and an fairly good complimentary breakfast. Loved it - will definitely return!!
