A new hotel that has a very upscale feel to it. Most importantly, it's clean. Location was also very nice. Right near an upscale shopping center there plenty of things to do to kill a little time or burn some cash. "Luxurious look and feel next to great shopping"
From the moment we pulled up this hotel and its staff surpassed all expectations. I recommend it to anyone. This is a fairly new hotel and it shows. Unlike many, the luxury feel of the lobby does extend to the rooms which are clean and fresh with windows that open. The bathroom was huge with a separate shower and tub, beautiful modern tiling and colours. […] The beds were firm yet comfortable. A nice love seat to sit on and a real desk to use for work and calls, and still room enough to setup a roll-away cot for our 5th person. The breakfast buffet is a super bonus, excellent food and pleasant staff. Front desk staff were friendly and welcoming every time you pass by. It's right off the interstate so it was an easy drive into Portland city centre for our touring. We will stay here again next time we go to Portland (a great city I might add). We were thourouly impressed with the look, staff and feel of the hotel. We only stay overnight and were quite impressed with the surrounding area. "Family Vacation with Toddler near Portland area"
We stayed at Grand Hotel at Bridgepot from Aug 7 to 9, 2011. This hotel is conventiently located. We were upgraded to a king jacuzzi suite which is a bonus. Our 17 months old was having so much fun just running around the big room and using the jacuzzi. The room is clean and the breakfast is great (loves the waffles).
