This hotel is gorgeous. The customer service is awful though. When we checked in we had prepaid the room through expedia. Because I was traveling with a debit card they wanted to hold an additional $100 from my account for incidentals. Most hotels hold about 15% so for one night's stay this seems like an exorbidant amount. I have had hotels block incidental […] charges from my room such as premium movie channels and such and avoided the additional hold of funds so I was surprised that such an upscale hotel could not offer that same benefit.
