The hotel staff was very helpful in letting me check-in early. Unfortunately, the room was not really ready when I went inside, i.e., there were unfinished construction activities in the room. No frills- Nothing fancy (once a week housekeeping-no shampoo/lotion sample bottles etc.) BUT it is right near the freeway in a safe neighborhhood w/ friendly staff; If you want something special with a lot of ammenities this is NOT for you-and you will have to pay more than what this hotel costs;Genuine Expedia guest review

"Homestead Tigard"
Hotel was ok for the price. It was a block away from our business meeting which is why we selected it. We had a late check in and the man didn't seemed to pleased to check us in. The bathroom smelt horrible and the bed was uncomfortable. Request extra pillows because the ones they give you are flat. I have stayed at this Homestead many times, but it is in desperate need of a remodel. Mold in the tub grout, the shower head didn't work right, etc. The maintenance person was away so couldn't fix the shower head till my 5th day. "frustrating to locate"
