"Decent quality hotel, but caution to sports cars"
Everything was standard and as expected except the parking lot. The only two entrances and exits are on extremely steep inclines. I managed to go up without a problem but trying to exit, I scraped the front of my car on the street. Regular hotel room. Clerks were very courtesouos and polite. Very clean. I liked that a blanket was on bed. Only have 2 large pillows. Bed was ok, not pillowtop. I slept well. I used ironing board and iron. The micro/frig/coffee maker were excellent. Only negative not enough creamer or sugar. Ran out of time, so did not try breakfast in lobby, although […] it smelled good. "Close to main highways"
The hotel room was fine...the hair dryer sputtered and died. The ironing board needs to be replaced. Need to replace caulking around the tub with silicone caulking because cracked caulking harbors mold and is difficult to clean.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

It was a nice hotel if i go back to Tyler I will use this hotel again I didn't sleep very well because it wasn't my bed. The only down fall is that I like milk & sweet & low in my coffee & there wan none in the room I had to go all the way to the lobby. The hotel was easy access from the interstate and 20 minutes from my destination. The room was somewhat uncomfortable due to the lack of cleanliness. The bath tub was not clean and there was a spot of what appeared to be blood on the top sheet. The sink in the bathroom area was stopped up and the water was slow to go down. I was pleased with the room and the location. The room was clean and provided me with a restful nights sleep. "Nearly perfect"

Hotel was ok but rooms were very smelly. I was not happy that my children had to smell the smell of smoke. Also wi-fi was awful! It did not pick up in my room. I was told that if I were on the inside perimeter then it would get better service. This was a big inconvience when it came to my work.
