The check in was easy. You can park outside your room. Room was very clean and comfortable. I had a downstairs room so that was convenient. I had a handicap room and the only thing I would have added was a bar by the commode. Overall a very nice stay. We stayed a night in Tyler after camping. We just wanted to take a shower and enjoy a soft bed. Our reservations were set up around 1pm. We walked in and I was told that we would have to wait until 3pm without even attempting to accommodate the 2 hours we had to wait. "Hotel Stay"
The room was nice and clean. The only thing that I did not like about the room. The sink was outside of the actual bathroom itself. Had a wonderful indoor heated pool. Came in handy to keep the kids occupied. Was located close to numerous restaurants and even hospitals. Staff bent over backwards to accommodate a room change even though we were there on a sold out weekend (Tyler Rose Marathon). Breakfast was great and price was perfect. "Everything as it should be."
A great experience. Clean room, comfortable beds and very nice pillows. Our room did not face the street so it was very quiet, and the air conditioner kept us nice and cool. The room was nice and cool. The beds were comfortable. The staff were helpful. The wallpaper in the bathroom was somewhat discolored in spots, but clean. My daughter used the hot tub and pool. I stay at Hampton Inns regularly because, though bland, are consistently spotlessly clean and well maintained. This particular Hampton Inn however fell short in few areas.
