The staff was very friendly! The breakfast was delicious, too! The indoor pool was very nice for my daughter--it is only 4 ft deep. The hot tub was a... nice place for me to relax :) It's location was great-right down the street from many restaurants and within 10 mins of the waterpark we went to. The staff at the Fairfield Inn, Tyler is fantasitc! I stayed here over Thanksgiving with my 92 year old mother and the staff was amazing with each request. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The families with children enjoyed the indoor pool. I would stay here again.

I picked the fairfield after reading the reviews online and it lived up to what I read. the room was very clean,beds were very comfortable. the staff was very helpfull and very nice.if you needed something. the next time I come to tyler I will be staying at the fairfield for sure.We really enjoyed the indoor pool and spa.

I am a victim of the Texas heatwave and needed a room with A/C after my home unit died. The folks here took care of me. The room was wonderfully cold, the facility on the whole was on great shape and the morning continental breakfast bar filled my stomach.

5 pillows and flat screen TV were a plus! i would have liked another blanket (because I keep the room very cool) but wasn't cold enough to call for one. All in all, very nice stay. Pool was a little cold but that was OK. Hot tub was great - but would have liked more jets!
