"Good stay"
We were there for the Christmas holiday. The stay was good.They need to let the residents know when they are going to let the cleaning staff leave early so you can have the option of having your room cleaned and receiving fresh towels and linens. Once we fpund this place we realized that if it had been marked on the east bound side of I20 we would have not had trouble finding it. We took the first exit for Kilgore as instructed by our GPS and ended up who knows where until we decided to just turn around and follow our instincts.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"clean, comfortable and convenient"
Overall good experience - the staff was helpful, the breakfast adequate and the facilities seem like new. This hotel is a little nicer than what you might typically expect from a Hampton Inn. We will stay there again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Very Comfortable though no restaurants closeby"

"No bathtub"
The hotel was great, breakfast was fine, staff was great, but my wife went to take a bath and there was no tub. There was not a tub in the hotel. This is the only complaint I had about this hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
