Overall the hotel is fine. Clean. The staff tries to be very friendly. The rooms have a few pretty furnishings. But it has touches, like cheap fiberglass... shower stalls and dime store art on the walls, that you will not find at most upscale New England bed and breakfasts. Breakfast was served as a buffet from a tacky porch area. Breakfast selection was VERY limited and poor quality. No need to avoid this hotel but don't go expecting luxury. My wife and I had not been to UNH in 13 years. We went to the UNH hocket game and stayed at TCI. Very nice and cozy. Enjoyed the fireplace in the lobby, nice and warm. Room was very nice, comfortable and clean. Nice extras in the room too. Room was a bit cool though, but it was extremely cold outside.

We enjoyed our stay at the Three Chimneys Inn very much. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The food was wonderful and the room was clean and comfortable. The tavern had a great atmosphere. The service was very prompt. Overall, a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend to others.

The staff was very friendly and the room was spotless! We enjoyed the "colonial-feel", except that the bed was a bit too high for convenience.
