"Reevaluate and reeducate service"
The stay was good other than my stool and sink was clogged up. I go to the hotel and drop my things off in the rooms and left cause we only came down for the night. so i used nothing in the room until we returned later that evening around 11:00pm or so. I called the 405 number best the front desk was closed. I was calling because the sink and stool […] was clogged. The guy that answered the phone came to my room with in 10 - 15 min which was great. The bad thing was he handed me the plunger and left. Thank God i'm a Plumber so i wasn't a bad task for me. But, i that the normal thing to do with visitor to have them plunger out stools and sinks? I was offered any money back or nothing. Then the hot breakfast was everything but that. Maybe someone needs to look into the breakfast microwave eggs, canned gravy and fruit and water orange juice. "Boxcar Willies in Branson"
The hotel was nice with it being off the beaten path. It was very quiet, and the staff was very helpful and courteous and bent over backwards to accomodate us. The room was very very nice, with a large nice bathroom, and refrigerator was nice to have also. The pool was a bit chilly for November, but the hot tub made it all ok! Definitely would go b […] ack! "Boxcar Willie Inn"
The room was adequate. There was a king sized bed, 27" television, small table and chairs, small refrigerator. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything seemed clean. The only real disappointment was the breakfast. They served biscuits and gravy, donuts, bagels, cereals, etc. However, one microwave to thaw the frozen biscuits, donuts, etc was horribly […] inefficient. In addition, the microwave kept kicking circuit breakers. The line was horrible. A suggestion: at least 3 microwaves in different rooms; better food; and upgraded electrical wiring.
