Make no mistake, this is an older economy hotel but they do it right where it counts. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The bed was comfortable.... The bathroom had a nice amenity package (lotion, shampoo, conditioner, make-up remover, shower cap). hairdryer and coffee maker. The shower head (this is always a pet peeve of mine when it doesn't work ) had a nice flow and good temperature control. The television worked well. The a/c and heater looked new and worked very well with excellent temperature controls. There was a refrigerator in the room which was a very nice touch. The breakfast served each morning didn't start until 7:00 a.m which is a little late as hotel breakfasts go but they had an assortment of muffins, juice, biscuits and gravy, cereal, sausage and eggs (the eggs left a bit to be desired as they were pre-formed patties and somewhat dry) but all in all it was good. The pool is large and there is also a sauna in the room. There is a guest laundry on the first floor. Ask for a room facing the hills as the view is beautiful. The staff was very helpful and efficient. I would definitely stay there again, especially if I were planning to go to the shows on hwy 76 or take children to Celebration City. Both are very close. If you are looking for a good value with all of the basics done well, I would highly recommend it. Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Oct 11, 2011
