Still Waters Resort has a marina, a seasonal outdoor pool, water slide, a spa tub, and a children's pool. The resort's check-in office is open until midnight in high season. Throughout the rest of the year, the office closes at 9 PM Sunday - Thursday, and 10 PM Friday and Saturday. Guests arriving after 10 PM must call the resort.

"Four nights in a three star"

"have stayed there several times before"
This was our least favorite experience. Leaky faucet, drain clogged, hot water went out. This particular building needed some maintenance. Sorry, but the condition of the building did not hold up to our previous experiences. Breaker tripped on hot water tank so the first morning myself and two little girls had to take a freezing cold shower. However we called the answering service and someone was out pretty quick. We enjoyed our stay and the room was clean, comfortable, and close to where we wanted to be. My only complaint was that the room we reserved stated that it had a full kitchen, including stove and oven but when we checked in there was only a range top. "Beautiful Resort"
The grounds of the resort and amenities available are fantastic! Three different pools - one quiet, one with a water slide and the Oasis with waterfall - along with the marina were so nice and made for completely different experiences. The staff at the front desk and at the marina were great - very helpful and friendly. Our room on the other hand, while […] well kept, had a damp feeling to it. The carpet and bedding felt damp all the time. Even when hung up open to dry, our beach towels and other swimming items were still damp and even wet in some cases the next moring. "Horrible beds"
Overall the stay was pleasant with the exceptions of the comfort of the beds. The beds were hard as a rock which led to HORRIBLE nights sleep. Also, prior to check out, you have to take out your own trash and wash any dishes in the bathroom sink although dish soap is not provided. "A little disappointed...."
I think we stayed in the "original" (i.e. "older") section of the hotel. The rooms are beginning to show their age! Water pressure in shower was nonexistent and linens were shabby. Luckily we only slept in the rooms....too busy doing other activities around Branson. The resort is beautifully situated on the lake, couldn't ask for a more perfect location. "Very, very small, but good location."
We booked a standard room with two queen beds, and it was much too small for our family of four. The standard room is basically a bedroom off of a much larger condo, and there is very little space. The bathroom sink is right beside the bed, so it was rough to brush teeth, etc. after the littles were in bed, and not wake them. There is no maid service, […] and to get new towels you have to take yours to the laundry building to change out (this building closes at 2 pm, so if you're swimming after that, it's a bummer#. Also no iron/ironing board, which I'd not planned for. It is nice that they provide dishes, but a sign tells you to wash your own dishes #which is fine) . . . but then I started worrying that dishes don't get really washed between guests. Gross!! I hope whomever was there before us washed them okay, and I wish I'd thought about that before we used them :-/ IF we stay again, we will opt for a larger room and bring our own paper dishes. One *HUGE* plus is the location in relation to Silver Dollar City. You come in the back way and don't have to deal with major traffic, which was amazing! "Paper thin walls in a serene location."
Location was great for Silver Dollar City and being away from the hub bub. The store had decent food for an ok price. We went for New Year's so of course the pools weren't open, but they looked fun. The room allowed for zero privacy when it came to noise level. We could hear every whisper in the room next door and could hear the guy above us snoring! […] We turned our tv on, the neighbors turned theirs on full blast. The blankets were very outdated and kind of gross. I just took the top blanket off entirely. We liked the playground being close by. We liked the room being a little larger than the normal room. Is very close to Silver Dollar City and you can avoid the longer lines of cars getting in/out. We did not like the fact our large group (14 family) had no place to gather indoors at the resort. "Not a hotel, hard bed"
This is a resort that is renting rooms. There is no 'hotel' service. You have to exchange your own towels & sheets, and wash your own dishes (by hand). "Good Family Resort"
They had great swimming pools (3), but we were disappointed that most were closed. When they were open they were only open from 10 am - 8 pm. They had a great marina, but it was only open on Saturday (on the weekend anyway) and we were visiting Silver Dollar City that day. We were in town for just 3 days in early May, so maybe it was the time of year. […] I guess not everything was open in full swing yet. "Clean but not comfortable"
The hotel looks very nice. There are alot of pools and things to do in the summer. We went in the early spring so not as much to do. But I did think the rooms were nice and clean. But the beds were terrible to sleep on. We stayed two nights and I felt like I hadn't slept the whole time there because the beds were so bad.
