"Service was OK"
Coffee was not replaced in room every day, no chairs to sit besides the one with a desk. No replacement of cups for coffee and water. The rooms was confining with little room to move around. Rooms could have been bigger with furniture in them.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Grand Oaks Good Location!"
The location of Grand Oaks is great, right off the strip. We spent 3 nights at the hotel, Oct. 13-16. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are okay. We rented the Jacuzzi suite and the rooms were nice and the location was excellent. The complaints I have are the beds!! They are so hard. "OK for inexpensive one night stay"
There was sand? in the bathtub and the faucet quit working in the sink shortly after we arrived. Maintenance came quickly to fix it. Hotel rooms definately need work but it is ok for an inexpensive one night stay.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"not exact what was expected"
the pillows sucked, they were flat and uncomfortable. the bed wasn't that nice either. There were "drip stains" on the head board. Also,dried urine was on the toliet when we first checked in (the toliet paper wasn't folded to ensure the bathroon had been cleaned either--because it hadn't been).
