"So So Average"
The pool is a great size. Breakfast is overbooked...flow of guest is not planned well or layout of food. The cleaning staff...dont expect details or consistancey or english. Location is nice, if you want to be on 76... Would not stay agian.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Won't be staying here again"
This was our first trip to Branson and after reading other reviews we decided to stay at this hotel over any of the others we were considering. The location, staff and pool were great, but other than that, we weren't at all impressed. Our room was supposed to be non-smoking, but when we walked in it was evident that was not enforced. I hated bathing […] our 2 year old in the bath tub because it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time and the drain was broken. The walls are paper thin, and it was hard to sleep without hearing everything going on in the hotel. If you are considering staying at this hotel, I recommend you don't! "Holiday Inn Express-good breakfast"
When we first arrived our room faced an empty parking lot. I asked staff if they could move us and they did. We went to the 5th floor to a room with a great view and overlooked the pool. "Not a bad place....but the beds!"
Was our first time staying at this hotel. People were friendly, room was clean. The worst part was the beds. It was like sleeping on feathers. If you like soft beds it's great. However my back was killing me the next morning.
