The hotel was very nice and the staff were always friendly and courteous. The breakfast was had a variety of foods available. Sausage and biscuits were available every day -- could have used some variety there. Location of hotel was good - at the end of Hwy 165, so it was quieter there than being in the middle of town. I was very pleased with our recent stay at the Lodge at the Falls. it is in a great location off the busy 76, but still close enough to be there in a few short minutes. This is a GREAT place to stay. Welcoming staff was very helpful and eager to assist us on directions, etc. The warm freshly cooked cookies 8-10 pm daily, and the popcorn was an added treat my family loved. The big pool had nice warm water. Try to stay on the mountain view side and enjoy the views. We were on the 3rd floor and the view was awesome. Breakfast […] was great. Ask for their maps which show lots of locations and an easy way to get around HWY 76 tedious drive. We also enjoyed the two pianos in the lobby. Our stay was great. The staff was extremely helpfull and informative concerning the shows and arranged for excellent seats at all of the shows we attended. We have stayed at 4 different hotels/motels this year alone in Branson and this one was definitely the best so far. The location was awesome. Away from busy 76 so you don't have to mess with traffic to get to and from the hotel but close enough to everything that you would want to do. The guy working the front desk was nice and courteous. The first […] thing we noticed when we entered the room is that it had a very pleasant, clean, fresh smell. Most hotels we've stayed at always have some sort of "off" smell to them but this one didn't at all. 2nd thing we noticed is that this room had a coffee pot, microwave, AND room safe. This is the first hotel we've stayed at this year that had all three of those things. Another thing that made this hotel great was the Deluxe Continental Breakfast. It really is deluxe. They had Biscuits & Gravy, toaster waffles, bagels, toast, donuts, oatmeal, cereal, and juice. We stayed at only 1 other place that had Biscuits & Gravy but this breakfast was the best so far. Other that those things... the beds were fairly comfortable, pillows were decent and the pool was clean. If there was anything to complain about, the only thing I can think of is the beds could have been a wee bit comfier and the A/C could have not kicked on and off so much. Really liked this hotel. Needed one last minute and they gave me a good discount. I hate hotel beds, but these were actually comfy beds. Liked the fact they had a fridge to hold all the drinks I brought. They also have a microwave and safe in the rooms. Only thing I seen that was a downer was the showers are a little short..I'm 5'2'' and the shower […] head is right at my heighth, but who cares its a shower, I'm more worried about the bed.
