"Save your money"
Save your money and go to where they leave the lights on for you. It is a better value for your money. The jet tub leaked water, the dryer door handle came off in my hand, when the sun come up so will you, the blinds are so cheep they do not block any outside light. Everything was excellent concerning our stay except for one item. At night the amount of light that was able to come in the room through the windows past the blinds was a bit excessive. Our stay was enjoyable despite the cold weather. Great operation, friendly and helpful staff. It is a resort so you will be approached to attend a presentation to try and sell you a time share. "Extremely Dissatified"
First of all, check in resulted in us having to travel down a road through a trailer park to get to our "romantic getaway" room. Once we entered the room, we sat on the bed. It creaked badly and was of little comfort. The sheets were put on wrong on the bed resulting in half the mattress being revealed. I went to check out the bathroom and discovered […] the toilet had not been cleaned fully. There were still skid marks in the bottom from the previous guest. The shower was rusted and the water hit you so hard it hurt. They have clearly not invested in new showers or shower heads since the place opened. The towels were worn and old. Also, the couch had a red stain on it that had not been removed. The windows only had blinds and no courtains. There was no way to block the sunlight coming in during the morning. Check out time was at 10am or you get a $250.00 fine, which they had already deducted from my credit card upon check in. But trust me, I was happy to get out of there. Especially as the scenic beauty driving out was a trailer park. I recommend that you NEVER stay here. Go with the Hilton for the same price! You will have a much better stay in Branson. We always strive to deliver exceptional hospitality and offer good quality accommodation to each of our guests who stay with us, and it is very concerning to us that we did not meet these expectations. The trailer park you are referring to is actually part of several other developments located between our clubhouse and our units. Since these developments are not owned or managed by Diamond Resorts, there is nothing we can do to change this view. We regret hearing that this view negatively affected your feelings about our resort. The fine you refer to is actually $150.00. There is a mandatory $250.00 deposit for incidentals that is collected at check in, but refunded a few days after check out, once it has been determined that no damage or theft has occurred in your unit. Upon request, our front desk can grant a complimentary late check out for 12pm, if occupancy allows. It is very concerning to read that you your room was not prepared to meet your expectations. This will be dealt with appropriately with our Housekeeping staff. Our front desk and maintenance staff can handle many concerns in regard to your room when notified. The shower heads you mention are brand new and are part of the upgraded Diamond brand. We have had comments from some that the powerful stream can be painful. When requested, we are more than happy to switch the heads back to the old style. We hope you are willing to give us a second chance and stay at our resort again, as we are very confident that you will be pleasantly surprised at the improvements that have been made since your last stay. Your business with us is sincerely appreciated and we wish you the best on all your future travels.

Room was nice but due to the lighting up of the outside of the building, our room to bright after sun went down - improvement would be to have darkout curtains or shades on the units. Lots of extras if you plan on spending all your time at the hotel (tennis courts, mini-golf, pool) but we weren't there for those items. We did make one trip to the hot […] tub area and found neither one was 100% working. Couldn't get jets to turn on either tub and one was really low on water and water was luke warm. Although the accommodations were quite nice, the walls were paper thin. We slept with the fan above the stove on all four nights due to the loud neighbors and baby crying in the room next to us. We found our place to stay in Branson! The room was great, staff at the front desk were ploite and helpful, plenty of ammenities to keep you busy. Now the not so good. As we arrived we were told to go to the desk to the left of the front desk where we would get a coupon book where we were pitched to sit in at a timeshare seminar. After making a hundred dollar deposit, the desk attendant had quite the attitude and I got the feeling she could have cared less if we were there or not. Got a hard time about the liscense plate even after having paid for the room, a deposit with a cc on file.
